Thank you to In the Book for sponsoring this post so I could share the scoop on creating a personalized story gift perfect for distance gifting!
There are so many gifting occasions coming up! Graduations, birthdays, Father’s Day…and with this whole quarantine business, shopping for a meaningful gift to send from afar can be a bit tricky. When In the Book introduced their customized books to me, I so impressed! A personalized story gift from their line is truly a fabulous find for thoughtful distance gifting.
Creating a personalized story gift with In the Book
How does In the Book work?
In the Book puts the magic into storybooks, activity books, manuals, guides nostalgic collections, and much more by including a chosen name into the book. They have all the templates set, you need only select the book of your choice from their HUGE SELECTION and provide the name, Easy-peasy!
What are my In the Book options?
Books for children
Whether the child’s name is featured on the cover or woven into the illustrations, an ordinary book is instantly transformed into a lifelong keepsake by making your child the star. When your child sees their name in a personalized story gift, they’re instantly captivated. Your child has a direct role to play in all of the custom kids’ books! Whether you want a nursery rhyme book or a kid’s learning book, your child is woven into the magic of the story, transforming the book into a keepsake with purpose.
Specialized brand books
Books for grown-ups
This is my favorite selection of books from In the Book! There are so many treasures. You’ll find loads of activity books, as well as unique finds like newspaper books featuring news from as early as 1900–either as entire birthday books filled with headlines from their lifetime or as editions covering major events and icons in history.
A sports book also makes for a truly one-of-a-kind personalized story gift. From baseball to football, you can give the perfect memorabilia designed around the recipient’s favorite team or sport, reported on by The LA Times, The Washington Post and The Dallas Morning News.
You’ll also find recipe collections, funny manuals (marriage how-to, etc. 😉 ), anniversary books, mommy and me tributes, the Bible, personalized novels, Thunderbird books, and more–even a book about the Beatles! Check out the enter personalized story gift selection for adults HERE!
From anniversaries to birthdays to new babies to the first day of school to Christmas, and yes, even Halloween and more, In the Book has your special occasions thoughtfully covered.
Also–Father’s Day alert!! In the Book has a fab selection for you to create a personalized story gift from to celebrate dad! I don’t know about you, but Father’s Day is one of the hardest holidays for me to sort gifts for, so these books are a genius find!
How In the Book was a personalized story gift win for us
I wanted to create a meaningful gift for each of my children, so I looked to their interests to guide my choice. My son has a passionate love of puzzles and games, so I selected this puzzle book for him. It has been such a win! He feels challenged and looking for his name throughout engages him even more. Score!
My daughter is very into art projects and loves coloring (I have share our love of coloring before!), so this paisley coloring book seemed a super fit for her. She was especially taken with her name being incorporated into each coloring page and loves coloring away at it!
My next In the Book purchase will be a Father’s Day personalized story gift. As I mentioned, this is the trickiest occasion to know for what to purchase, and I love that I can send a meaningful, personal gift through the mail despite these COVID-19 days. Such a win!
Now that you have the whole scoop how In the Book works and the options they have, go ahead and create your own personalized story gift. Quarantine has nothing on this meaningful, thoughtful gifting option! Enjoy, friends!
