How Far a Year Takes Us…

I’m getting my 4th on, and embracing all the fireworks, cook-outs, and pool time over the next few days (feel free to read: yelling at my children not to push each other into the pool and passing out in exhaustion before the fireworks even start), but couldn’t get the party started without again sharing this gem from last year:

I made an attempt to update you with a more recent photo:

The best my horrid photography skills could pull off (replete with extensive candy bribes) has my son’s eyes closed and both children doing some sort of bizarre patriotic wave

So I had to leave it to a professional to really capture our progress over the past year:

He has moved on from trying to strangle his sister
to trying to now eat her. Excellent.
