All we bloggers do it, semi-shamelessly, praise God for the anonymity the internet offers. How do we do it? This is where the “trolling” part comes into play…you spend half of nap-time hitting up strangers’ blogs, commenting, joining and praying that they hit you back. But the “why” is what gets me. Is it desperate pursuit of self-fulfillment? Yes! But also…something more?? Here’s the deal: esp. as SAHMs, we often have so little “result” for our daily life’s work that anything (such as # of hits on said blog) that produces a sense of accomplishment is aces in my book. Bottom line, I pour myself, and pour myself hard, into my blog and I just want people to “like” me, to follow me and to comment on my crap b/c they find me so amazingly witty 😉 Truly, I am a desperate SAHM, but I am desperate SAHM b/c I love my kids and believe this is the best choice for my family right now, so…just show a little love and hit my blog already 🙂
